Retirement of Dynamics 365 Exams and Certifications

Microsoft have announced the retirement of Dynamics 365 exams.

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement exams retiring on 31st March 2019:

  • MB2-715 Microsoft Dynamics 365 customer engagement Online Deployment
  • MB2-717 Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales
  • MB2-877 Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Field Service

This also means that MCSA: Dynamics 365 certification will be retired as will the MCSE.

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement exams retiring on 30th June 2019:

  • MB2-718 Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service
  • MB2-719 Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Marketing

New exams are coming in 2019 and I will post about them when released. Interestingly the MB2-716 Customisation and Configuration exam is not in the retirement list!

Is the info still up to date, that the MB2-716 won’t be retired on 30th June 2019?
